I feel a bit embarrassed about my mini stuff next to yours - But 1/6 scale is an entirely different world. And I'm in it for entirely different reasons. Your project is so completely stunning - Such beautiful items and you've done such an amazing job reproducing a setting - Yes, 1/12 is definitely the better choice for you. My interest in the action figures, while attempting to have some resemblance to the show, is really more from a playing interest - I like functional, playable, stuff and there's a lot out there for 1/6 in that regard. And the 1/6 scale is workable for me in terms of sewing clothes or creating misc things for them - I felt confined and limited by 1/12 when I was into it way back when... But then, we didn't have the amazing tools we do now - Polymer clay, specialty tools, color printers, etc. I've been getting some *awesome* craft ideas from newer dollhouse books. And all the tiny fittings and special supplies I need I can get on the internet now - When I was a kid it was impossible to get hold of them, even through mail order.
Re-Ment rocks my world - I think they primarily do 1/6 but I have seen some smaller stuff around. But the 1/6 scale is their primary product.
