I was just looking at the miniatures on ebay as I regularly do, and I saw this awesome antique craftsman house about to finish in 1 minute.  I didn't bid, though I was tempted (and surprised!) by the low price - only $175 with less than a minute to go!  Then suddenly, whoosh, 7 seconds before the end, it was up to $225.  And then, TWO seconds before the end, someone swooped in to win with $511.99! 

I felt excited to have witnessed such a coup.  :D  And I was glad that awesome little sweet old house fetched a nice price.

Oops, I meant to post that to a dollhouse community. Still. It's a good price, though, for such a sweet little antique! That's a similar price for a new dollhouse KIT in middle price range. This (http://www.thelittledollhousecompany.com/) is my house (which was a kit.)
