Mini Stephen world - medicine bottles

Tonight I made bottles out of beads.  Like a madwoman.  Like a banshee.  Because you know how those banshees love to make bottles.

And a magnifying glass.  They're not finished.  I need to add the lens, and I need to distress them all, with spilled medicine and little labels and grime and age.

I'm a tired madwoman.

Now I'm just giddy with dollhousey stuff.  I've always loved dollhouses, but the obsessiveness comes and goes in waves.  Anyway...

And look, sharpiefan !  This site has lots of fabulous houses for sale.  Look at that authentic Suffolk thatched cottage!  Wouldn't that be nice for your Mister Cotton?  Or the Tudor cottage from 02-08-06 here.  Or one of the two versions of the fisherman's cottage on this page?  I'm planning to live vicariously through you and your cottage dreams, you know!  At least until I get my own cottage, someday.

And by the way, now I'm also dreaming of making a roombox or tiny house based on the Antarctic explorers' huts, (like this.  That picture is my desktop wallpaper, by the way.  I love it.)

Just looking at all the pictures of the marvelous dollhouses makes me giddy and giggly. :D  But how strange that so many people are selling their nice houses!  Looking through the older pages is nice too.  Sigh.  I miss my house.
